We used MLBell for an office renovation and are thrilled with the results. The team was professional and kept the project running smoothly and on budget. They suggested some creative additions to the space that we love.

Used them for 2 retail location build outs in Virginia. Both were incredibly frustrating. Communication was difficult, both were delivered late (one was a month late on what was supposed to only be a 6 week build out), and both were significantly over budget. On top of that on the second build out they gave us bad advice on keeping the current HVAC that had been in place and we ended up having to close to replace it. If you are a small business owner I would strongly encourage looking somewhere else. They will likely be the cheapest quote, but the old adage proves true, you get what you pay for.
