M3 Restorations

M-3 Restoration was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The Water Mitigation team (Patrick and Brandon), Office staff (Shannon, Judy, and others) and Rebuild teams (Landon-Estimator, Jake, Kyle-Project Manager, Peter, Milan, Arpod and Mari) were very professional, knowlegable, informative, courteous and patient (and the list could go on forever). They kept me informed at ALL times. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, courtesy, informative mannerisms cannot be stressed enough. I highly recommend them if that is what you desire in a company for your home/business projects. I definitely will be using them for future projects. No one else. Thank all of you.

I experienced water damage in 3 rooms from my water heater leaking. I filed a claim with my insurance company at 7:15 AM and checked that I needed emergency services asap. I received a call from Mr. Hall with M3 Restorations at 8:15AM. I explained my situation to him and he said he would be in route and should arrive by 9:15AM and his crew would arrive shortly after that. Mr Hall arrived as promised and assessed the damage. He was very thorough in explaining what the process would be and what I should expect. His crew arrived and started preparing the unaffected areas. They removed the carpet, laminate flooring and drywall as needed. They brought in multiple fans and dehumidifiers to dry out all areas. They were very careful with unaffected areas. They did an awesome job rebuilding my garage after a tree fell on it, very professional job, went above and beyond to put everything back together. Excellent workmanship and management of the job site. I would use them again without reservations.
