Grateful for the experience, skill and professionalism of the MacFawn team. From my initial contact with CJ to assess and map out what needed to happen, to coordinating work with Wes and Austin, through remediation, demo and contents by Erica, Justine, Cameron, and Josh... everyone made navigating a very difficult situation manageable through their kindness, guidance and efficient execution. I without reserve would choose MacFawn again for any situation.

This is the second time I have used MacFawn’s services. I hope I never need a restoration crew again, but in the event we do I would never ever call anyone else. Going through water damage is not fun but MacFawns employees and their upbeat customer service focused attitudes help you get through something so tough. This goes for the entire crew Scott, Conor, Ryan, and Erica. They took such pride in my home and treated it like their own. My husband and I have put a lot of work and money into our home and it is important to us that any contractor or service professional coming here treat our home this way. The staff at MacFawn called immediately when we had water damage in our basement from a leak from a water heater. They assessed the damage, were prompt in providing remediation at a reasonable price and kept us advised at every stage via email and texts. We give the highest recommendation possible!

Unfortunately I was in need of a bio hazard team for my elderly parent in New York while being in Florida as a snowbird and was recommended to macFawn and was so pleased with their response, ,they were very professionally and Amanda was extremely helpful ! Thank you again for your service!
