Overall, great experience. I walked into the store and within 20-min they helped me pick everything out, I paid my deposit and scheduled the installation. I requested 2 days, they move my furniture, and replace covebase; they accommodated. 2- sets of stairs, landing, hallway, 2- bdrms, 4- closets, and 2- full baths for LESS than 4k!

We hired this company to carpet stretch for a townhouse we were selling. The person who did the carpet stretching urinated over our recently cleaned bathroom toilet, knowing that this was a house going to be listed soon. I’m just surprised they couldn’t spend 2 minutes cleaning up after themselves. This is just unprofessional.
