Mad City Windows & Baths of Rochester

The work done by Mad City Windows was great. As you can see it was a tub to shower installation. I was so happy to get rid of the cast iron tub and old tile walls. The entire project took 3 days. New plumbing and fixtures were installed, a check for mold was complete and the job was done in such a professional manner. The bathroom was gutted and debris removed without a trace. The measurements and fit was exactly what I hoped for.

Eva installed our new walk-in shower today and, frankly, she was amazing! She arrived on time, made sure our floors were kept clean, called for back-up when she encountered a plumbing klitch, and still got the job done by 6:00pm. She was professional, but also very friendly. I’d say that the installation was the most positive aspect of our experience with Mad City.

We are very pleased with everything. Warm bathtub with permanent Microban, chrome bars and magnetic shower head. Great wall color and shelves. Leaking ceiling issue solved as well. Thank you so much!!

We had our old tub replaced with a walk in shower done by Mad City Windows & Baths of Rochester. They were in and out in one day and did a beautiful job. We now have a seat and hand rails that make it so much easier to use. Plus lots of corner shelves for shampoo, etc. The walls are so much easier to clean than the old tile we had. Highly recommend them!
