To say that Steve did a great job would be an understatement. He showed up early, went over the process of the inspection with myself and my family member that is buying my aunt's house. He was very thorough, answered our many questions, and showed us what he found inside and out. He explained things to all of us and showed my family member how to fix things, what circuit breaker when with what. He took his time, didn't rush through, and was very easy to work with.
