MSI Rochester

I am so pleased with my new soapstone countertop from MSI! I was there so many times I joked that they should hire me. I was greeting warmly and encouraged to browse through the selections. The showroom is well organized, well-lit and all the selections are numbered. Every visit I made someone was available to kindly answering my many questions. It was my first time chosing a countertop and it took me a long time with many visits. I went to other showrooms but this was my best experience. I never felt pressure or that I was a bother. I took many free samples home with me. I'm so pleased with the customer service here I can't say enough.

Obsessed with MSI Rochester! Not only is their product stunning and the experience exciting, but they also provide great samples to help visualize your project. Most importantly, the employees are thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely considerate. They make designing feel effortless and fun.

My wife and I took on a large kitchen remodel project starting back in March. MSI supplied many materials that highlight our new kitchen. We love our countertops, floors and backsplash! We choose, Glacial Wave, a unique Quartzite countertop that fit our Transitional style choice. We choose McCarran Bourland for our flooring to help the efficiency of our radiant flooring design. The backsplash was the last to be installed but highlights our kitchen well, we choose Danza Arabesque. Dallas Fairchild helped make our decision making process easy. He listened to our likes and dislikes and made suggestions where appropriate. MSI is the place to go for your stone needs! The staff are beyond friendly and helpful; they always smiled and welcome us in. Thank you to Dallas who was wonderful throughout the process of us picking out our countertop and backsplash. They gave us samples and allowed us to come back multiple times to look around. It is not an easy decision to make and they understand. It is certainly worth your time to go and check the place out. The facility is beautiful and clean too. Visiting MSI is truly the best way to finalize your selection...or to get started. Beautiful products in a beautiful and relaxed setting without the distraction of fixtures, sinks, showers, etc. My favorite shopping/buying experience in years. The slab selection is far, far better than the sample selection at your local retailer, but MSI works in tandem with your retailer to complete the process. The experience and pics below sealed my decision in minutes.
