I normally don’t write reviews, but after getting multiple texts and emails every day asking me to rate this service, I’ve finally reached the point where I feel I need to share my experience. I chose this company because of the high number of positive reviews. I was hesitant about the price, but the deep cleaning package included a lot, so I figured it would be worth it. My home is a standard 2,200 sq ft colonial with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms nothing unusual or overly difficult. The day of the cleaning started off poorly. I received a text saying the cleaner would be an hour late, starting around 9 AM instead of 8. She didn’t arrive until closer to 9:30. I booked a deep clean that specifically listed tasks like cleaning picture frames, ceiling fan tops, air vent fronts, baseboards,

Terrible service. I will not be using this company again. I booked a deep clean with basement, fridge, freezer and oven add on. One cleaner arrived for just one hour and said she would return the next day. Then, from 6pm-9pm that same evening, a second cleaner arrived with a helper, post my complaint. For a home over 2,000 square feet, this was nowhere near enough time. The basement was not cleaned, the freezer was only partially done, and light fixtures and window sills were not cleaned at all. The entire experience was unprofessional and left my home far from properly cleaned. I’m very disappointed, and waiting for a phone call from the owner, Tina, to discuss a refund. After reading reviews, I don’t feel confident I’ll receive a phone call. A few photos I took.

Paid for a whole house deep cleaning. They send one person who was over 2 hours late and now had no time left in the day to do it. The cleaner themselves was very nice and poliet, they were just handed an impossible task. The cleaner stayed very late at my house but it was clear they wouldn't finish the joe. The company has done nothing to make it right yet still charged me full price for a job not done. They did say they could come back and finish it but never followed through. I got a hold of someone and was asking for a refund and they first said full refunds are against policy, so I said well some cleaning was done, so how about half refund and they still refused. Avoid this place, they're crooks.

I had a great experience with Maid 4 Time! The team was prompt, professional, and very thorough. They paid attention to the details, worked efficiently, and left my home looking fresh and spotless. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the overall service was hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality home cleaning!

I used Maid 4 Time in the past and will use them as needed in the future. I had health issues and was concerned about being able to keep my home clean. They were very professional and always on time or let me know if they were going to be late which happened rarely. They were very pleasant and did a great job! I would highly recommend them
