I had a little emergency driveway replacement this summer due to a utility company causing some structural damage - Manel was one of the few companies that sent a human being out to look at my driveway and talk to me about the project. That put them ahead of the other companies I got quotes from right away! As part of this issue, I also had to get my culvert replaced, which meant waiting not only for an excavator company to come in but also the county as I live on a county road. Manel was so patient and understanding of needing to wait for these others to get in here - they tore out the driveway a few weeks after the culvert had been replaced, and came by a few weeks later for the full pave. I really appreciated how well informed they made sure I was with the process and timing, as well

The workers were on time and took extra care near some phlox I had tied up on driveway. I viewed on camera the care and accuracy of coating the driveway. I will definitely use again and would recommend this company. Plus, their communication on everything was refreshing to see!

Friendly workers. Good job with repairs. They striped my parking lot differently than original layout. Worked out ok, but I probably should’ve had them re-do it. A little lacking in communication regarding time of arrival. The roller machine cracked my sidewalk, which I communicated, but was never addressed by company.

Manel sealers did a real clean job clearing a parking lot on New Year’s Eve during a storm. Not only was it a holiday and a pretty good snow storm, it was last minute and at a great price for being a last minute call out. Thanks boys!

Manel has sealed my driveway the last few times. I seal it every 2 years. I have been satisfied with their service. This year I decided to get a few quotes and they were the low number anyway- out of 4 quotes they were tied with another company- and the others were $50-$80 higher. I went with Manel because I have liked them in the past. They texted and emailed on a minday- said to clear the driveway for 7 AM Wednesday. They arrived at 8:15- 3 man crew. They edged the driveway and blew off the grass. Had the driveway sealed and were in their way by 8:35. Quick and efficient. I am again happy with their service!
