Operator was a pleasant person and helpful.

I just poured my first concrete sidewalk today and had an excellent experience with Manitou. Christine in sales answered all my questions patiently and professionally and the truck driver, John, went above and beyond to show me how to trowel the concrete evenly at the beginning of the pour. Overall, it was an excellent experience that allowed an amateur like me to pour a sidewalk that should last a century.

This company is a joke. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT!!. knowingly sends out inferior concrete. Reps come to jobs as were pouring, sees the concrete literally acting like jello. (Bouncy). Cracks ALL THROUGHOUT FINISHED PRODUCT. The rep also mentioned that TWO OTHER POURS THAT DAY WENT BAD. ONE COMPANY KICKED THE TRUCKS OFF SITE. AFTER A COMPANY MEETING, 4WEEEKS LATER, THEY FAIL TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY . AND INSINUATE IT WAS OUR INSTILLATION THAT MADE THE CONCRETE THIS WAY. I HOPE OTHERS STAND UP AND CALL OUT THIS COMPANY FOR KNOWINGLY ALLOWING BELOW STANDARD PRODUCT TO SHIPPED. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. LOST ANOTHER LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

Charged a $200 cancelation fee for canceling an order hours in advance.

Excellent to work with. Driver was great worked with me to get a great pour done quickly.
