This company helped my family in our time of need. Our furnace was completely broken no heat whatsoever in 20 degree and below weather. I found a post about the company on Facebook and sent a message the same night. The very next afternoon they had 2 technicians at our home. They were able to diagnose the issue, find a part, and provide pricing all in the same day. Repairs were completed the next morning and now my family and I are out of the cold. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Manley to any and everyone who has hearing or cooling issues. They were absolutely amazing! Just had Mr. Manley & Anthony & crew out same day I called. Everything was thorough, explained clearly, and done to assess both units at our home in Northwoods. I was provided costs up front and we had our freon replenished for upstairs unit. The knowledge that Anthony displayed and reassurance was great, all around great vibes. You know the company cares when the boss shows up on site to see how his crew is doing on site. I am grateful for such quick response, appointment call and performance of services along with costs. Excellent customer service and quick response! 80+ degrees in my house and the first company I contacted said it would be 2 weeks before they could come out. Manley had a technician at my house within the hour and fixed my AC same day. Would highly recommend.
