Ann Arbor provided poor follow-up on my order and lack of communication regarding a back order. After Manns dropped the ball I bought from an online vendor to obtain needed materials. Total lack of coordination by inside sales at Ann Arbor location. Will not use Manns lumber again after this bad experience
