Excellent customer service. No nonsense pricing, appointment times, explanation of pricing for repairs, and had the common sense to keep some of the “most repaired” parts on hand so you don’t have to deal with two different appointments - one for diagnostics and the other to actually fix it. Was very satisfied and happy with the service to fix my washing machine.

My entire experience with Marathon EXCEPTIONAL! From my initial contact and clear communication with Mona Lisa, to Jon's great repair of our front-load LG washing machine, everything was top notch. Mona Lisa made sure I understood the terms of service, and contacted Jon to see if they could squeeze me in-and he was able to come the same day - actually within an hour and a half. (Now I know not everyone will be so fortunate, but our address aligned with his schedule.) There was clear transparency on the cost of repair, and he had the part with him. He doesn't use aftermarket parts unless the OEM part is no longer available - not all appliance repair companies make that commitment. Great service! My first interaction was with Mona Lisa on the phone and she is an absolute treasure! So engaging and understanding and just a joy to speak with. Jon is the owner and he came out and quickly diagnosed our dishwasher. He was able to replace the hose and remedy the leak I caused from pulling it out. Our shut off wasn’t working so we were having to keep the water main off for the whole house. I was so grateful that he did that for us! The part came in quickly and two days later he had us up and running. He went even farther and ordered clips to help stabilize the dishwasher to keep our grandchildren safe. Jon gave good tips and was very easy to talk with and help me understand the issue. I highly recommend Marathon Appliance!
