When I first called, Scott came out quickly and provided a very detailed estimate. During the installation, I noticed a defect in the shingles that were installed on my roof. When I brought this to Marathon’s attention, Scott immediately contacted CertainTeed, the manufacturer. CertainTeed acknowledged the defect and agreed to redo the entire roof at their expense!
