This was a positive experience shopping for bathroom countertops and finally realizing the end result. Natalia was so knowledgeable about the inventory and showed me as many slabs as I needed to feel comfortable I made the right selection. The inventory at Marble Builder Direct is amazing! After selection and deposit, I was encouraged to come back to decide my favorite area on the slab for cutting. They allowed me to have control over the process and it was all completed in a timely manner. Installation, (a bit late), was completed perfectly on the appointment date and the finished product is beautiful; no surprises! The owner was also personally involved in the shopping experience. Great selection of slabs! We went to several places searching and found nothing but when we came here found a couple right away and went with the Mont Blanc leathered quartzite for our custom log home build. So pleased with Natalia and the owner with every step of the process. We found their prices to be excellent and the craftsmanship beyond reproach! Great measuring and installation crew. They are perfectionist and will do you right! Only one seam on the long run of kitchen counter and you can only see it if you know where it is and have to really look to spot it. We also had the same material installed for the kitchen backsplash, as well as, three bath vanities. On the bath vanities went with the chiseled edge and Farhad, the owner does the cutting work himself and a very talented
