This stupid parking garage has a very low beam. My Tesla auto trunk door hit the beam when opening trunk and the trunk door was damaged. If you have a car with trunk or door opening upwards, avoid this garage. In addition, the Tesla supercharger is located inside the garage by design, so that you have to pay parking fee in addition to the regular charging cost.
I'd give it negative stars if I could. None of the chargers are online. Even the NACS Tesla chargers that supposedly accept a CCS adapter do not recognize my car. It worked just fine at another location two days ago. The elevator is broken. The Rubio's you're supposed to get validated parking, is out of business but it's still listed as a tenant on the Pasadena city website and the directory at this mall.
It's still quite good.
