I did not think companies like Markool existed any longer. When it comes to honesty , dedication and pride they have it all. Zack showed up the day before to look and see what the issue was. After spending over 2 hours with us, he gave us options of a new unit. The next morning Mike showed up promptly at the time and was eager and friendly from the start. The rest of the crew, Colt, Zak, and Chris ( I feel like I’m forgetting a name or 2) came in, also eager and ready to get the job done. It was a long day. The weather was definitely being a Mother Nature day. LOL. At the end, Hunter and Blake stopped by to assist and seemed to be the younger of the crew. We highly recommend this company. We came home from a vacation and found our hot water heater leaking water. It was late on a Friday and this company sent Mark right over to look at our problem. Before the end of the day we had a new hot water heater installed and an amazing warranty . This Master plumber was very helpful and explained everything. We are so grateful we chose this company. Not only do they do plumbing they do heating and air conditioning services also. Mark is our hero! Thank you for having such a great staff. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. A++++!!!

Overall very happy with the system. They were flexible with the schedule as I had some delays due to permits. They worked with me and other contractors to ensure everything was set up to my satisfaction. They did the duct work and installed a carrier green speed heatpump with multiple zones. These units can be a little tricky, but they are amazing once everything is configured properly.

Guys were very pleasant. Hunter definitely knew what he was doing. Explained the problem he found and give me options. Definitely would recommend them to people. Very much pleased with there Service. 5 Stars 🌟 across the board. 👍

I personally had a great experience. It was 10 degrees out and my house was not keeping warm. I called the company and they gave me a few options to troubleshoot the issues without charging me. I felt they were not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. We ended up replacing my thermostat and the house has been holding a consistent temp. The guy showed up on time and was done quickly. He did some extra stuff and was charged fairly. Thank you
