Multiple issues with warped doors or misaligned drawers/doors on cabinets in brand new home. Have reserved at least two full working days of time for employees to come address cabinet issues. New cabinet doors arrive either damaged or warped.

I shopped at a few companies for my kitchen project and I decided to go with Apex Cabinets. If you walk in here just to get a quote, this is not the place. I was amazed by their customer service! I had an appointment with their designer Pat Everett and she walked me through the entire process. She took her time and explained everything to me as it was my first time. The other companies didn't provide me this opportunity. They assumed I had done this before. Pat couldn't talk about pricing until she had a design in place which was understandable. She came to my house, took measurements and we talked about my wishlist. She educated me on the different options. From start to finish, Pat was very responsive and extremely detail-oriented. She's everything you require of a designer/sales perso

Cabinets were seemingly ordered before all the current slow downs (11-13 weeks ago) and neither us nor our builder can get an update on where they are or when they could be expected. The only feedback has been vague and useless feedback like "those were ordered before the slow down, not sure what is going on" and "we won't know anything until they land on our dock." In this day and age, not not knowing where something is or at the very least, the internal project manager knowing what stage of the process they are in is an example of gross negligence. There are plenty of challenges with supply chains, materials, and workforce. This can be understood and forgiven. Not having any line of sight or simply lying to cover something up cannot. Regardless of quality, we would never use this co

We recently built a new house and spent a large amount of our budget to upgrade our kitchen cabinets. We've had multiple issues with our cabinets... and the process of getting those issues fixed has been going on for months. Apex cabinets has been out to our house multiple times, and every time we're told something different. The cabinet around our apron front sink was cut the wrong size, then pieced together with filler pieces that didn't match. We were told a new piece had been ordered and waited weeks to have someone come back out to install it. My husband took off work to meet the person from Apex Cabinets, only to have someone come tell us they don't actually make a piece to fit around our sink. The cabinet beside our stove wasn't measured for correctly, so of course our stove wouldnt

My husband and I used Apex Cabinet for our master bathroom remodel. We worked with Billy. Billy promised us a quote a few days after we met with him. After multiple emails to follow up, my husband had to start getting aggressive to get a response. We told Billy we wanted our cabinet height to be 42" tall. Billy came and measured. When the cabinet came in, it was 50" tall with the countertop and legs, partially blocking a light switch. We informed the installer the cabinet was the incorrect height, but Billy insisted the installer ignore our requests, drill holes in our walls, and move forward with installation. We had to pay our contractor to remove the piece, repair and repaint the wall (no small feat on a cathedral ceiling). The misordered cabinet and damage delayed our project. No apo
