This place doesn’t deserve one star! Spent alot of money on custom shower A short time after one year warranty few leaks and wouldn’t repair I now have to pay for their mistakes That is not the way to run a business Janice Sebring unsatisfied customer

As far as the workers on the ground, they always seemed like hard working guys. The guys in the office dont deserve 1 star. The location is kinda semi friendly.

In late January 2024 we drove out to their Lake Placid location & ordered a cultured marble vanity top. The top took a couple of more weeks than we were told and when we drove out to pick it up, the holes had not been cut for the faucet. The drive each way from Englewood is about an hour & 40 minutes and we had to wait over an hour for an installer to return to the office to drill the holes and then close to another hour to get the holes cut and polished. That was a little frustrating having to wait and affected other plans we had for the day but at least the top looked good. However, after installing the vanity top we found the sink holes were not properly centered. If you centered the faucet over the drain, the faucet would not fully cover the right most faucet hole. Donnie did an exceptional job on our cabinets ! He has been doing it for years, and can easily do customized work. We originally started our project with Lowe's, but could sense a disconnect there with the installers & installation possibilities. We knew we needed a cabinet maker/installer who knew what they were doing and worked close with design and scheduling. So we switched to Marlin Marble, and sooooooo glad we did! Maranda did a really great job at designing what we wanted and advising on the cabinet layout. It's perfect! One suggestion for MM would be to assign a project manager /main point of contact for after the design phase. It's always hard to anticipate when things happen and when to expect them to show up, and it was critical for us to be here throughout. Some lack of communi
