We had these guys come to our rental property. I rarely leave negative reviews, but these guys really earned it. Their work was extremely sloppy; they left all their trash behind and demonstrated an apparent inability to properly fit the new furnace into the pre-existing ductwork. They left significant gaps between the furnace and the air ducts, allowing heat to escape into the attic. This will undoubtedly impact the utility bills. I am surprised by all the five-star reviews, as our experience was far from satisfactory. I have used Marvin's A/C for several years now. I have found this company to be a reliable A/C company with fair pricing. I have also been impressed with their responsiveness in returning phone calls or contacting me when they are delayed in arriving at my home. In the past I have had A/C service people that would say they are going show up and then do not show up or do not let me know they are going t arrive late.
