Corey Griffith treated our house today as part of our insect remediation contract. He was incredibly diligent and thorough, and so attentive to the small but important details, e.g. wearing booties inside. Moreover, he is just soooo pleasant, friendly, and upbeat, all around great guy! Massey Services rocks! Great company and great staff!!

We had our quarterly pest treatment today. In the past the tech was at our property for a few minutes. Today we had a new tech and she obviously took her job seriously. She knocked down cob webs and really took her time treating the perimeter of the house. I feel like we got value for what we paid. I called the office to tell them how happy I was. They told me her name is Silvi. Thank you Silvi.

Professional, reliable, friendly, and great to deal with. Excellent Communication and response time. The young gentleman, Sebastian, who services our house is great! He is so polite, friendly, always checks to see if we’re satisfied and sends communication. He is great! We appreciate him!

Alex is our Technician and he always does an amazing quality job. He also does our mosquito treatment as well as the interior. He does it all with a smile! Even our dog loves him! I highly recommend this company and Alex is the best!

We had Jermaine service our house last Saturday. He was so professional, personable and went above and beyond to help us get rid of very pesky wasps. He was on time, and even called before hand to announce his arrival. One of the best customer service companies on the island. Thank you Jermaine for a job well done.
