Master Plumbing

I called them two weeks ago....just had a small leak and was told they would be here by the end of the week. A week passes, two weeks, no call back--nothing. If you want to be ignored, this would be a good place to call.

I enjoy working on remodels with Master plumbing. Good advice and direction.

Have always used Master plumbing after I called Jim and dudes and Jim and dudes literally never showed up for an emergency and then ignored us. That's how we found Master Plumbing, have used them for the past 6 years ever since we moved to Albert Lea and have had nothing but good interactions. Have used them from everything from blown pipes underground in the back yard to common plumbing issues and toilet problems and it's been nothing great service, awesome employees, affordable prices and prompt scheduling and service. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will continue to use them.

Stopped in late October/early November to have my softener looked at due to hard water and not using salt being it’s only a year old and Master Plumbing installed it. Guy wrote it down and said somebody would be out within a week. It’s now almost February and nothing, hired Geno’s to do the job instead.

Called Master Plumbing to get an estimate on some plumbing work I needed done in my bathroom took forever to get ahold of someone to send a guy out told me they would email me an estimate within a week it’s now been 2-3 weeks and I still haven’t received an estimate after calling twice and even having someone tell me they would have to check into it and someone will call me back..Never recived a call back or an estimate I will never call or recommend this company to anyone! 😡
