Matthews Home Cleaning and Residential Services

We are extremely pleased with this cleaning service. The owner, Fred Matthews, is very responsive when contacted either by email or phone. He's been more than willing to work with us on special projects, as well as weekly cleaning. His crew are polite and hard working, and more than willing to make special efforts when needed for cleanup either in preparation for or after major events. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship highly recommends this cleaning service!

In regards to my experience with this home cleaning service, I was very disappointed with the ability to work with the owner on changing my service. Several unanswered calls and emails left me disappointed with Matthews and led me to change to another cleaning service.

Left several messages to start new service but never got a call back. I guess they didn't want my business. Perhaps it was an indication of things to come...
