We used this company through AHS. Do not trust the negative reviews!!! Triston came out twice, diagnosed the issue and had the AC working in a few days!!! After submitting a work order for not having heat through the storm I didn’t get an appointment until a week out. After getting a appointment I received another text and I quote saying “my appointment would be pushed back so that they could service more customers” after services I still had no heat only blowing cold air notice once I got home from work.. I reached back out to my insurance company they tried contacting them but they had already closed for the day… next day I get a text with an appointment for another week out I then sent a message back stating they had just left my house the day before why should I have to wait so many days if the job was never done… after sending that they changed my schedule but still days away from the day they originally came…. So NO HEAT FOR DAYS!!!!!

I have American Home show #Warranty and here we go just like all the other reviews. They refused to fix my unit because May Heating and air conditioning. Keep coming to my house and putting a Band-Aid on my unit knowing that it needs replaced they keep offering me an upgrade for $6000 May Heating And Air wants me to buy upgrade their unit for $6000 when they know that I am covered by a warranty I have complained. I went to as high as I could with America, Home Shield May Heating And air conditioning said the pictures below are normal Can you believe that they tried to gouge me for $233 for coolant a year or so ago and I refused and then waited another couple of months and they came back out and they found out that the air handler was leaking coolant so they replaced the air handler unit th

I hate to say it I wish I could leave zero stars however you have to at least have one in order to leave a review. I haven’t had AC for eight weeks. Every time they say someone’s going to be there in the morning they don’t show up till five or 8 o’clock at night. I just bought an entire brand new unit and they forced me to pay while the unit wasn’t even working promising that they were coming back the next day. Hopefully, I can update this review with some positivity later. Update: This company appears to operate solely through home warranty contracts and clearly relies on that pipeline, because they would never survive based on quality of service or customer satisfaction. This is the worst heating and ac company I have ever delt with. Supposedly a technician with 10 years of experience Came out scammed my wife out of $200 for acid wash and left. Didn’t bother to check the rest of the system. AC system froze an hour after he left. The tech didn’t put back the caps for the high a low side ports. Left my water hose laying in my yard. I have attempted to leave an email and voicemail with no response. Finally after a week I got a hold of someone, they refused to make things right. Do not use them, they are terrible. Not even sure how they are staying in business with the reviews I just read.
