Maynor Service Company completed our semi-annual HVAC System service recently and the experience was exceptional. Technician Armondo B. was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. This was our first service in our new home. He did a thorough review/check of our HVAC System, made some necessary adjustments, completed a cleaning of components and answered all our questions. He also found a water leak in the discharge hose which he fixed. We were very impressed with Armondo and the service he provided. The price was very reasonable for two service calls annually (Furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring) additionally we get priority service if it becomes necessary. Called needing service. They were out the very next day. My system was over 30 years old and I agreed not worth the $~2k to fix it. The very next day I had a completely new HVAC system installed. Norm, sales person/site engineer was great to work with, gave us multiple options. Mike, Junior and his installers were great as well. Done in 4-5 hours. All old stuff hauled off. Maynor has been great to deal with for servicing my hvac systems. Armando has been the technician I have worked with and I can’t speak highly enough about him. He’s extremely thorough and provides details about the state of my units. He takes the time to answer questions and does not rush the process.
