Mays Plumbing was recommended by a friend last year when we moved to the area. I cant say enough about the professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail that they have displayed. They have replaced a sump and added a water-fed backup sump and fixed a leaky drain for me. They stand by their work and have never taken more than a day to respond to my service calls. It is a private, family run business and I am happy to support that as well. Use them, you will be glad you did!

My husband and I had to file a warranty clam for some leaking sinks and Mays Plumbing happened to be business assigned to our area. I called to schedule an appointment for them to come and take care of the issues we had and they scheduled us fairly quickly. The technician showed up on time and with a great attitude. He was very thorough and made sure I knew what he was doing and had me confirm he did it correctly and to my satisfaction. He even snaked our bathroom sink as a courtesy. We will definitely be recommending this company.

I tried May's Plumbing for the first time when there was water dripping through my kitchen ceiling light...not good. There were no pipes over the light, so what was happening? I called in the afternoon and nobody could come until evening, so it would be the overtime rate. Water coming through a light was freaking me out so I asked them to come. Mark arrived early, stayed for hours figuring out the cause in my 213-year-old house where everything is a little wonky. The final repair turned out to be relatively simple, but it took a while to trace it to the third floor as the leak appeared to be in other places as well. Had a blocked kitchen sink drain. Started the process myself and realized that my homeowner snake wasn't going to do the job. May's was able to come out the same day, though I didn't expect them to because I was calling on a Monday after I'm sure a weekend full calls. Fast, fair and completely fixed. Couldn't ask for more.
