Mike at Maznek Septic saved us!!! In the middle of the most severe snowstorm in five years, we experienced effluent backing up into our basement. I called the emergency number at Maznek, and Mike said he would be there early the next morning. Mike expertly diagnosed the problem, and worked diligently to clear the fatberg created by the previous residents of the property. Mike was honest, kind, and tenacious. Super-speedy and professional service. I had a blocked drain line to the septic tank. 3 hours after I called, Maznek cleared the blockage, trimmed the inlet pipe down to reduce the risk of another blockage, and pumped the tank. Larry is a perfectionist. Highly recommend.

We can't thank Maznek Septic enough! We had to do a last minute inspection of a septic system that wasn't draining properly on a new home. I contacted Maznek on Thursday at 4pm and Larry was at the property at 8am Friday! Larry used the "sludge judge" and determined that the tank DID NOT need to be pumped (saved us money!), found the distribution box, opened it, cleared the clogs and got it running good as new (as new as a 22 year old system can be). Maznek was great! I needed an old tank pumped ASAP and they were able to fit me in same day. Amy was extremely helpful as she worked to fit me in, even calling me back to assure me that she was working behind the scenes, hadn’t forgotten about me and would be calling with an update soon.
