I have been trying to reach the office for two weeks...I need a call back so I'm resorting to this..I can take this review off if I can just get a call back with help. I have an issue with the last service on my appliances. Tammy it's Tina Badal in Depoe Bay...please call me back. So incredibly frustrating..you have no voicemail, no email and I have to just keep calling back...and getting a message that says I can't leave a message and please try again. I would rather speak to you directly instead of typing out here..please call me.

The tech came out, was pleasant, professional and quickly discovered what was wrong and got to work finding the correct part. It was difficult to find the part needed instead of an entire kit. In the end they were able to find the part. Thay saved me considerably.

They don't accept credit cards which is inconvenient, unsatisfactory communication, hard to get a hold of, waited a couple weeks for them to come out (try living that long without a fridge). After the repair guy left my fridge made strange noises it hadn't made before and quit working again that night. It was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to even let them know about the problem because they don't take calls over the weekend. They gave me some possible reasons why my 1 year old fridge wasn't working, offered to try the same "fix" for an additional $200 and said I probably just had a bum fridge. Even if I do just have a bum fridge I would have appreciated a partial-refund but they won't. I am not blaming them necessarily but I am pretty disappointed and feel ripped off. I could have

Oh now you gotta love this stop. They may not be able to schedule you this week but pretty sure you won't wait long. Good prices and the owner is awesome. I recommend it with a 10.

They've always been great. We've had them out a few times and were happy to give advice about what appliances are best even if I wasn't going to be buying from them. Also they're all really nice that means a lot to me. We'll definitely stay repeat customers if we need their services.
