MC Granite Countertops Hickory

My experience with MC Granite started off frustrating. After choosing and paying half for my granite at the Hickory location, I was told the day before installation that there was an issue with the slab. I asked what would happen next and how long I would need to wait, but I didn’t receive clear answers or a follow-up call. I was disappointed because I was expecting installation the next day and instead was told I had to wait two more weeks. Thankfully, Viviana stepped in. She recommended another slab, sent photos and videos with the template, and patiently answered all my questions. She made sure I approved everything before scheduling installation. An experience of a lifetime. We shopped and shopped, looked and looked for a new kitchen top. We had learned a lot about Kitchen Countertops. After months of looking we decided it would be best to pick MC Granite. Inventories were abundant throughout our area but when we met Jessica at MC Granite's Hickory, NC we knew we were in the right place. We chose a material that was made of Granite that had a hint green within the stone that was just what we were looking for. We worked with Jessica Lawing from the Hickory store on our new kitchen countertops and she did a great job helping us pick out our Granite. They installed the granite one week after template which was absolutely amazing. We were very happy with the communication and how fast she responded to our questions. She was able to schedule the template on the exact day we were ready. I would highly recommend using MC Granite in the future.
