We have consistently received superior customer support since the McConnell Pool Team installed our gunite pool and spa several years ago. That have always been accommodating and I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone! Our pool is only 5 years old and the tile is messed up they didn’t caulk like they were supposed to the plaster is messed up they use silicon for the plumbing parts don’t hold their warranties and the customer service is horrible! Absolutely the worst pool company there is! Our entire pool needs to be completely redone! Update all of the coping and tile has now fell off of our hot tub!!

This company had great customer service and workmanship. They set my appointment, answered any questions I had and showed up on time to do the work as promised. I've already referred them to several of my friends. Great company!!

I wish i could give 0 stars to he honest. Been trying for nearly 2 months to fix our liner after they opened up our pool. On top of that, we paid nearly 500 to open the pool they did not clean it and when we called back to come out and clean it, fhey brushed half the pool and left without a word. We went in person to make appointments, called multiple times. We are told they will call back and email and never follow up. Then the last time they came to fix the liner, they did nothing and left without a word. We called back 2 times to ask on why and when they will come back and they said they call with new appointment date. Never called back, when i followed up I was told that they scheduled us and they will be there next week. Day comes, no one shows up. They have the worst management I eve

Called and asked for a quote on a new pool liner. Making the appointment was fine. Very friendly. After they came out and took measurements, I called a few days later and asked for the quote. They said they would email it to me. Never got the email and have called and no one answers the phone. Am I suppose to wait all summer?
