After paying 15,000 for the bleachers to begin production, My project has been pending for 22 weeks with constant delays and excuses. Instead of receiving clear updates or solutions, I was met with sarcasm directly from the company president, when asked for clear answers. His response included dismissive comments such as: • “We are not magic nor do we possess a Time Machine.” • “I do not need you to try and tell me how to run my business.” After waiting this long, I would have expected professionalism, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would strongly caution others before working with this company.
