McHenry Pressure Cleaning Systems

My husband and I own mobile car detailing business, and we were struggle to find a good steamer for a while. When we first contact McHenry we were impressed with so knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Jay know it right away what we need. We bought Optima steam cleaner from them before 6 months and we are so satisfied with a steamer. This steam cleaner totally meet our expectation! Jay was explaining and had answer on every single question we had. Every time we had any kind of issue they respond and resolve the same issue. We also got slide bed for our Van installed by them. That passed very smoothly, and we had our Van back the next day. I can not say enough good words about McHenry, and Im very happy to doing future business with them. And will recommend to everyone.

Not very often anymore can I say that I was Impressed with a business,not big on leaving reviews either however dealing with Dennis is an absolute pleasure!!! Very knowledgeable and honest! I just bought the hot water pressure washer he suggested and I absolutely love it. The machine he recommended has cut my time washing our farm equipment in less than an half,absolutely no regrets! What a amazing business. I have been doing business with McHenry for over a year now and spent a ton of money there. From Nicole helping me with any parts I need immediately, to my favorite sales team member Jay, to the man who keeps my machines running Corey. My business would not be able to operate. I make a round trip drive of over 3 hours to get my machines serviced or to get the parts I need. Their professionalism and customer service from one business owner to another is top notch. I won't go anywhere else but McHenry.

Mchenry PCS help us purchase the right equipment, delivered it on time, and help us install them. We had a slight problem with the chemicals but they went out of their way to correct the problem at their expense. We are very happy with the wash cabinets that we purchased.
