Highly recommended! We recently had our master bath completely renovated and a new hot water heater installed. Mark's work was outstanding and he was extremely responsive. He worked with the contractor and the tile installer to ensure that his work was completed ASAP to begin each phase of the renovation. He first installed the new hot water heater and roughed in the plumbing to convert from a tub to a rainfall shower and handheld unit as soon as the old tub was removed, and reran the plumbing to the sink for the new vanity. Once the tile was installed and dry, he returned the next day to install the shower parts and a new commode so that it we could use the bathroom over the holiday. Mark came out early on a Sunday morning even though I told him it wasn't really an emergency. He replaced a section of PVC pipe, and I was back in bed in an hour. Very reasonable rates.

Needed service, but everyone I called was booked up or wouldn't give me a call back. Mark squeezed us in to his schedule. Repaired an issue with the hot water flow and installed a new kitchen faucet.
