Stay away if you can. We had multiple technicians come to fix an AC unit. First call the tech claimed we had a loose wire in our thermostat even though the unit had been running well for months. Then we find out he added an extra hour to his labor time. A week goes by and the unit goes out again. Another tech trip, this time to have the tech tell us the REAL problem that would most likely mean replacing the entire unit. Called the service department to figure out why we had to pay for TWO techs when the first one couldn't get the job done right only to have a "General Manager" tell us there were two separate issues and there's no warranty provided. Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy having poor service done and throwing money away to shady characters!
