The best tile and flooring store! There are so many different options, with tons of unique patterns. The people working were extremely helpful and had great feedback for a large project.

Initially I was happy working with Mees Tile. I did find a similar tile online for a little less but chose to go with the local store in support of local business. The tile came in as described and was in great shape - no breakage. What I wasn't expecting was to be short by two square feet. I had given the designer at Mees a picture of my kitchen as well as measurements and hoped that her expertise would allow her to estimate our tile needs (this is not something my husband and I have experience with). She did a lot of calculations and acted as though she was confident this would be plenty and even told me there should be extra tiles. This expertise was also the reason we wanted to stay local. I needed to match tile purchased from Meese 20 years ago, to complete a remodeling project. They could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful, on the phone and at the showroom. Even though it involved a lot of digging through old files and literally through boxes of tile in the warehouse, they came up with what I needed. It was a super small job but they invested a great deal of time and effort in customer service. Professionals like Jennifer and Tyler are the reason I will always choose to give my business to a local company rather than to a big box store.

Couldn't be happier with the tile in the renovated bathroom and the new counter-tops in the kitchen are amazing. Reasonable prices and the best selection of anywhere I went. Quality is excellent and the service was top-notch. I will definitely use Mees Tile & Marble for any future projects and will recommend to family and friends.

I cannot recommend this outfit, as our experience was very mixed, but negative on the whole. Everyone we interacted with was very nice, and we are happy overall with our counter tops, but there were aspects of the experience that could have and should have been handled much better by Mees. They took their time installing our counter tops once our cabinets were in. There were what appeared to be two very big cracks when our brand new counter tops--which we had paid thousands of dollars for--were installed. We immediately contact them about the apparent cracks. They do not do house calls on evenings or weekends, so it took months before we were able to get them out to look at the cracks.
