Mega Custom Countertops

This company was great to deal with right from the start. The selection and pricing beat their competitors. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to find something that looked great and fit our budget too! They were on time and communicated well. The installation crew were professional, neat and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend !

Greg and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Greg was very helpful, informative, and patient in answering our questions, getting together our quote, and scheduling the install. I'm working with Mega via my contractor, but this has been an absolutely horrible experience. To start, they ended up delaying my whole project because they told me the chosen sink wouldn't fit. I chose another based on the dimensions I was told and was informed that wouldn't fit. In the process of finding a third, almost micro-small sink, they got back to my contractor with an oops! Sorry, we had the wrong sink model written down the whole time and the original one will work! The first time Mega came out, they brought the pieces in the wrong color and not everything was polished and finished correctly. The second time, the wrong thickness pieces were brought, the wrong color, AND some of my dimensions had been arbitrarily changed without any approval. Polishing issues continued as well.

This has been a horrible experience with this company. First of all the installers were over a hour late. They had to leave my house to go buy a blade to cut the countertops. The installers said it would take a hour and it took 3 to install. The worst part is the installers scratched my walls so bad to that I am going to have to hire a painter to sand and putty and repaint 2 walls in a new house. Mega Granite will not do anything about it because I signed the papers. They are saying it could be minor scratches and it is far from minor. IF it was minor I would have never complained. I would never recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. I hope this will help the next person that is considering using this company.

If you are looking for countertops and you are reading this then I suggest you just stop reading this and call Mega Granite and ask for Kayla Hughes. You won’t regret it. In all my life I don’t think that I’ve ever met someone so kind and committed to getting us what we wanted than Kayla. She treated our kitchen like she was going to be the one living with it. When I tell you she bent over backwards so that my wife could get the specific piece of marble that she wanted it might be literal. I felt like we were the only clients she was working with but it also felt nothing like we were clients. We were all talking like we were old friends from the get go, but not in the businessy, “Oh I’m trying to make a sale” kind of way. I think what makes Kayla different is that she is kind and listens
