Memories Archive did a great job of digitizing our wedding video and all the camcorder videos of our children growing up. We can now give our children a lasting memory and toss out all the old clutter. Marcy was very generous with her time - even personally dropping picking up and dropping off the videos. She has great follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction. You can trust her and count on her to do a great job. We felt so much more comfortable that our videos were with her, here on the island.

We recently experienced a tragic loss in our family that instantly made us recognize the value of our irreplaceable memories. We had quite a lot of Hi8 video tapes but we no longer had a camera that would play them. We knew that we needed to get those tapes converted to a more current and secure media so that we could enjoy all of those memories but also have them preserved. Marcy came recommended to me and now I must do the same. She helped me convert a 20 year old VHS tape for a class reunion. I had shopped other online companies to complete this service but I saved on shipping since Marcy was local to me; however, even if you have to ship to her you will be pleased. She provided more of a concierge service vs sending my one and only copy to a big box company. She was timely, professional, friendly and had great ideas for the reunion planning.

When I put out an inquiry on the Bluffton FB page asking for suggestions on how to fix a priceless broken VCR tape, the only copy of my family’s home movies from the 60’s and 70’s, Marcy commented back that she could do it. It was the only copy we had left from a conversion we had done back in the ‘90’s from the original movie reels. Yes she could & she did!! Marcy knew a way to fix the VCR tape, transfer it to a new tape and then she converted it to files I can share & show both on You Tube and watch on a my laptop. I don’t know how she did it, but it is a priceless gift to share with my family members! Thank you Marcy!
