2 star is for the 2 1/2 months for my counter tops.without getting into details i still have my measurements for an octagon countertop and by going to store there were mistakes made several times. 2 1/2 months not 1 call from customer service.the counter tops did come out great and perfect and they sent color matching caulk and touch up paint. next time i would do it online. jr

Great staff at the Jackson Road location in Ann Arbor, MI. They are great at helping you find products, helping make it easy with returns and the store is always clean and organized.

Best place to shop for home improvement, repair, new projects and so on. They have a lot of stuffs for your needs. The best part is I always found the things I am looking for and at a price way lower than it’s rivals Home Depot and Lowe’s. We took processed wood for our backyard deck project last year and the wood has not shown any degradation since. High quality and lower prices compared with competitors, what else do you need.

Not sure how or why so many people at Ann Arbor’s Menards could give such terrible, uncaring, unhelpful service in the same day. I walked in with a garbage disposal cord that Menards sells separately from the disposal. Since I bought the disposal and cord from the store several months ago, I went to the service counter to inquire if they would replace the burnt out cord. Instead of helping, the “service” desk person pointed and said you’ll have to go talk to electrical. So I asked since you’re pointing, do you mind telling me where you’re pointing to. He pointed again but then another employee told me where I could find the electrical desk. Walking over to the electrical desk, the annoyed person thereI told me that “we don’t sell that part”. Menard's is just a fun place to wander! I went in looking for possible solutions to several problems and came home with some ideas but better still ...some of my Christmas shopping taken care of! The employees are also super friendly! They take your patronage seriously!
