I hired Merry Maids to clean my elderly mother’s house when she could no longer do it herself. I live on the West Coast, and it was important for me to feel like my mom and her environment were being taken care of when I couldn’t be there to clean for her. For the past year, Bella has done an excellent job keeping my mom’s house clean. My mom always expressed how wonderful a job she did, how hard she worked, and also how kind and personable Bella was. She said they often talked about their cats, which was close to my mom’s heart. Recently, my mom passed away. Bella came for one last clean, and she brought flowers, which was so sweet. We called around looking for help, and Merry Maids stood out immediately. Chloe was incredibly friendly when we first inquired, and their pricing was more reasonable than anywhere else we contacted. Yesterday was our first cleaning, and Brooke was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and got right to work. My old man (our dog) can be a bit boisterous when someone new comes into the house, and she handled his “loud old man energy” with so much patience and ease. Merry Maids is an excellent home cleaning service. We were so glad when we switched to them. The young women who do the cleaning are professional and care about their clients' satisfaction, which means they are responsive to our comments about parts of the house that need more attention and other suggestions we might make for improvement. Josh, who runs the service, is also very responsive, and passes on any comments we might have made to the cleaning teams. A+

I have never employed a house cleaning service before. Thanks to the largess of my daughter, who gifted me this bi-monthly service, I had my first “ deep cleaning” yesterday. I couldn’t be more pleased with Merceded & Merry Maids. Everything is spotless, and the mopped floors haven’t been so clean in years! Merry Maids was GREAT to work with! Josh handled our schedule and the 3 women who came to clean were real pros. We were moving out of our old farmhouse after 12 years there was a LOT of dirt and grime (Im not the greatest housekeeper 😜) They cleaned the oven and refrigerator so the looked like new. The entire house was spic and span and ready for our buyers to move right in! after they were finish The cost was really reasonable, too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Merry Maids.
