Their customer service representative Crystal is extremely rude. No professional behavior. They almost never show up on time as if they are the only ones on job and all customers are free sitting at home for them. The occasional times they do show up on time the cleaning is ok. But the unprofessionalism is just too much to deal with.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd pick. Scheduled a cleaning consultation for a move out. My husband and I drove 1.5 hours to meet for this consultation, waited two hours, for a NO SHOW. I called their office and left many voicemails because no one answered the phone. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They clearly don't care about costumers what so ever.

I was informed by a friend that she encountered a disturbing situation involving a mother-daughter duo representing your company. Not only is it completely unprofessional to allow such a setup, but the mother was dressed in a way so revealing and inappropriate that it made my friend extremely uncomfortable. What kind of manager or owner turns a blind eye to that kind of behavior? To make matters worse, the mother was overheard bragging about using a company vehicle for questionable personal reasons—yet nothing was reported or addressed. So let this be your notice: whoever's in charge clearly has no control over the image or conduct of their staff. Based on this, I can confidently say—there’s nothing “Merry” about Merry Maids. This was the most despicable experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. Booked a first time clean where 4 people, rather than two showed up. The cleaners did the worst job imaginable. They came for less than an hour and left. For a first time clean. No trash taken out, no bathrooms cleaned properly, no actual care given to clean the house properly. Had a discussion with the owner, Jeff. I was met with a highly unprofessional and disrespectful tone. The owner started yelling over the phone and accusing of trying to play the system. Worst experience ever!! Steer clear from this establishment. Find anyone else. This is nothing less than a SCAM establishment who will do a half done job and take your money. Untrustworthy and would not recommend ever. Find someone else! Believe the rest

Terrible experience with their administrator, Christal. She was very rude and unprofessional stating "I hope I never hear from you again" when I had asked about a bill that they did not send over in a timely manner. Their previous admin, Deb, was great! Easy to work with, very professional, and would send the invoices in a timely manner! When we had them clean, we would have to ask multiple times for things to be cleaned and the trash taken out.
