Metropolis Fifth Third Center Garage

One of the best parking garages near most of the things. Way more affordable than anyone else and the tech is chefs kiss. Once you're registered, you can come and go without having to figure out how to park or use your card at the booth. Awesome service!

The sign to the lot is very deceiving. When I entered the lot there was a sign advertising one price, but when l left, the price I was charged was double what I thought I was going to pay. When I contacted Metropolis they said yeah there was a sign that said one price but if I read the fine print I would find out that that price was only for 12 hours and not 24 hours. Very deceiving.... Borderline scam if you ask me. Beware whenever you use a Metropolis parking facility and make sure you read the fine print. Once they have your card info they can and will charge you whatever they want. It would have been cheaper for me to valet park at my hotel than to pay the rates they charge.

Garage was completely full but they were still allowing vehicles in. Congestion of cars trying to turn around to exit to find somewhere else to park.

No problems. Parked here for a Monsters game and even though the garage said it closed at 9 PM but we were able to get out close to 10 pm. This was on a weekday. Price was reasonable. $15 for 4 hours and the parking garage areas were well spaced. I hate parking garages that are really tight and claustrophobic.

Was confused upon a parking garage and realized I was in the wrong garage. Was there 10 mins and got ticketed. Got it disputed, originally had to pay $70. After the dispute had to pay $10 for THEIR processing fees. It’s ridiculous to the point that I’m giving this review.
