I used this lot today (Saturday morning). I found the payment process to be very difficult. I noticed that while I was distracted making a payment that I could have easily been a target for theft. Also, the lot was absolutely filthy and covered in trash. I was so disappointed to see the condition of the lot since prices are so high. I believe it was $6.24 for 1 hour. The lot was not empty so I would expect it should be cleaned before downtown events like the farmers market.

Creepy that if you have used the lot once, it can now charge your credit card freely... And couldn't redeem a parking voucher, so I got charged over $12 for a 25-minute stop for the farmers market. Will not use this lot again, since there was no way to see what rate applies until you get charged.

It was fine. You pay by texting a code to the # on the sign or you can scan the QR. You enter your license plate number and issuing state, then pay by the method of your choice. Easy peasy

To be ticket for sitting in a mostly empty parking lot waiting for someone for no more than 5 minutes is insane. Don't wait for anyone in a spot owned by this company unless you pay the minimum. P.S. they use cameras for license plate recognition for those curious on how.

This is an awful parking lot. There is no employee and the machine is impossible to read and directions are bizarre. My sister and me had a terrible time just making a payment all the while a street person was advising us how to use the machine. The city should investigate this parking lot and make the owner have a real employee and a machine that works in direct sunlight. This was a few weeks back but we wanted to go downtown again and are concerned we might be forced to use the lot. I can walk distance so not as important to me but a member of our party had difficulty walking and this is close to the Opera House. Please fix this lot before the Broadway season at the Opera House.
