Just wanted to thank Chris Randall and the team at Metropolitan Exteriors. Chris was so great communicating with us to schedule our new roof. His installers were awesome. Did a terrific job. We had a flat roof replaced on our 3 season room by Chris and Metropolitan 10 years ago. They have been so great coming back to inspect and make sure it was still in good shape. So glad we had them replace our shingled roof. First class people. Can’t recommend them highly enough ! Superb customer focused small business.

I never post reviews, but I am compelled to do so with this company. I have never come across a more dishonest company than this. Everything about this job was wrong. They put the wrong material on my house. It didn’t pass inspection three times by my mortgage company.I had another company come and look at it and they found 16 items that needed to be redone. The estimates, and job performed was outstanding and the best quote I had was Metroplitan Exteriors. They deliver above and beyond. I will hire them anytime. Chris Randal is awesome and provide accurate estimates and job resolution. Thank you my Roof looks awesome!!!

Metropolitan Exteriors did not ask me to write this review, but they are fantastic and I felt compelled to post this. They installed my roof several years ago, and one of the selling points was the warranty. You can judge a company not only by the quality of their work, but also their commitment to their warranty. I was so pleasantly surprised when Metropolitan honored the warranty. After a recent big storm, I noticed a leak in the garage. I called Metropolitan to see if they would come out and figure out what was going on and if they would fix it. They came out three tines, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it. While I assumed I would be charged, they told me my roof was still covered under the warranty and that there would be no charge. These folks are nice, and importantly honest
