If more stars were available I would select them all!!! I had an excellent experience with owner (Chris) and Robbie. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and truly cared about providing quality service. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and completed the repair efficiently. Their honesty and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. My system is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Called for a quote on a NEW unit. Chris & Robbie hooked me up. Told me they could fit me in asap. I liked the price, the unit had great reviews. They walked me through the entire reasons why the Amana S series was worth a little more money. The install went flawless. They fixed some things that made my old air handler hard to change the filter and clean the drain line. Couldn't be happier so far. I would highly recommend Robbie and Chris to do business with. Honest and fair priced!

This is the fifth one we've bought from them over the years and thought everything was fine when you put this one in he said we didn't have full power we needed to get electrician but he said we could use it that way we just wouldn't have hot heat but we'd have heat it wasn't really warm but it was okay well he didn't tell us that would burn out the heat strips so we called him he said $400 for labor it's still under warranty we didn't have the $400 to get it fixed we called another air conditioner and electrician they said like 6000 to fix it right of course we can't afford it so we'll go without heat we'll just use our little space heaters that's really pretty crappy though he should have fixed fixed it but the other air conditioner man told us it's a fire hazard and he won't fix it so h

Wish I could give 0 stars. Came out twice and fixed nothing each time. Chris Newbern (owner) swore at us customers and demanded we paid for the service they told us to YouTube and fix ourselves. Don’t walk, RUN away from this AC service.
