Don't Do It and thank you for taking the time to read this review. I called this company to come and look at my water heater because I lost hot water. When I called the representative on the phone they were courteous but when I asked a few of my questions the rep just didn't know what was included in the service, which was a red flag but since I had dealt with this place before I continued to trust what they were doing, upon my questions the rep just didn't seem like he knew much about even the basics of what I was being charged for, what they would do or what it guaranteed, I should of known better at that point. We had a leak from the circulator pump. The day of the original appointment, I received a call at the appointment time requesting to cancel because the tech was still 2 hours away. The next appointment day the tech showed up and without even trying to diagnose the situation, said that we'd either need to replace the pump or the entire system. Apparently the pump itself would easily be upwards of $1,000 and would be difficult to locate. They were not communicative or professional, and they were gone within 30 mins after a $89 charge saying they'd 'be in touch'. Displeased with this, I reached out to other companies. A tech from a different company came out, diagnosed the issue within ten minutes, and within two hours had swapped out the faulty pump with a universal one they had in their t

My appointment was pushed back for 3 DAYS! they just kept saying you will be next. No call from the tech. I had to call multiple times. I had enough and canceled it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I knew it was going to go wrong when your tech called and asked me to change my time to an hour earlier of the schedule time so he can later show up at the schedule time. Price me for 50 amp outlet 4,000 or a dryer 30Amp outlet 3,600.

Had problems with getting a teck out here yesterday. Waited 5 hours and finally the Manager call and the tech had a personal problem and couldn't make it. But Mark the manager apologized and sent another tech today and he was here on time and did a great job fixing my problem. Thank you.
