I was notified they would be at my residence between 1200-1400. Their technician, Charlie, was on time and did a great job on the repair. He was professional and courteous. The repair took about an hour. I am very satisfied with the quick response and repair of the garage door spring. I would highly recommend Mid Georgia Garage Door for any of you garage door repairs.

Fantastic experience. I called and Makayla gave me an exact quote over the phone what it would cost to change both springs on my mother-in-law’s garage door, since one spring broke. The technician Charlie called precisely when Makayla said he would to let me know what time he would be there. Charlie showed up on time and did the work very quickly and professionally and charged me the exact amount Makayla quoted me. We replaced our wooden garage doors, openers and extension springs with insulated metal doors, LiftMaster openers and torsion springs and rods. Michael came out and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and has since helped me get a quote for my daughter’s garage doors in another state. Chance and Ryan came out to do the demo and install. Chance has been with the company nearly 30 years and has the installation down pat. While Ryan took down the old doors and hardware Chance assembled the new doors and frames and together they had everything installed in a few short hours. They didn’t have gray trim at the time so Tyler came out when they got it in and with a lot of attention to detail installed the trim perfectly. My hats off to Michael, Chanc
