Mid-State Carpet Cleaning

This is an excellent company. Our carpets were not protected during our building process and contractors were all over them with boots and dirt. Mid-State was able to bring them back to brand new. I was very impressed with the finished look. I also had four upholstered bar chairs cleaned and scotch guarded as well as an area rug. Kirk was very detailed in his work as well as trustworthy and prompt. They were able to schedule me the same week that I called. Their prices were very affordable and they are very much a local company. I would encourage anyone to consider Mid-State for any cleaning needs.

Just had my carpet cleaned today with Mid-State and I am NOT satisfied!! 1. My carpet is saturated with water! The carpet was cleaned 3 hours ago. I expected it to be damp but not completely WET! 2. It also doesn’t appear as if any type of decent cleaning solution was used either! Mild stains on 2 year old carpet are still very visible! I placed a call to the business to address these issues and what do I get?? No sir, I never yelled! I was completely disappointed with your response. No resolution was offered! No decent response to address my concerns.. he stated that my carpet is old and worn!! Ok! Thanks for nothing Mid-state!! I’m sure you will continue do well!☹️

Kirk and Don came to our rescue!! we’re renting a new house and the last tenants left the carpets really stained and smelly from multiple pets. They were able to squeeze us in their schedule and were very polite, and professional. They removed stains, got rid of odors, and now we feel comfortable in our home. We’re so grateful we chose Mid State to clean our carpets!

He was punctual, very curtious and best of all, did not damage anything (trim work, furniture, etc), unlike other cleaning services have done to us in the past!! Very reasonably priced and very professional! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 😁
