Midwest Block and Brick - Jefferson City

Drove 100 miles to pickup a flue liner for my contractor and they loaded the wrong size even though the load-out form stated the specific size. Then my contractor drove the 100 miles to exchange for the correct liner and had to argue with them to forego the 35% restocking fee.

Beware display for Pennsylvania Ledgestone may not look the same as what you will receive. Everyone at Midwest Block agreed, it didn't look like Pennsylvania style. Told me they would check with manufacturer what may have happened. Never heard back from anyone. Project looks nice when done but really was expecting more colors then brown.

They have a huge selection of blocks and bricks and every other item you or your bricklayer would need to complete your project. They have quick delivery all the brick blocks mortor mix extra was all great just what we wanted. The price was good. But the office people who were very polite were incredible slow their computer system was super slow. I returned some brick it took 15 minutes to unload. But I spent a 1 hour in the office waiting to get my paper work to get done. They need to install some recliners.

Great place to get ur block and brick needs

Was driving down 63 when a rock flew off one of thier trucks and it broke my window. We took a picture of the truck and drove up beside it to see what kind of truck it was and seen it was a block and brick truck so we called the office to see what we needed to do. Then they told us to call the corporate office because thats who takes care of these things so thats what we did. They said they would get it figured out and call us back. Now they say that we have to replace our own window its a road hazard and we were following to close. So i guess its our fault that there drivers didnt do there job.
