**DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY ** Not recommended for anyone. I would put -10 stars if there was an option. Poor experience with the work, poor experience with communication with only Spanish speaking workers. They were careless doing the roof gutters and siding. They made damages to my property. They covered up the house as quickly as possible to hide the damaged plywood. They didn’t notify me of the rotted plywood underneath the siding they closed it off quickly. Any questions I had I had to wait for a translator because non of the crew spoke English. I’ve been waiting for over 9 months for a call back from the owner regarding concerns and questions. There is so much mistakes made to list. Issues with siding gutters and roof!

Jose Mora and his crew are amazing. Due to a crazy storm that hit Cary, IL, Jose went to bat for me with my ins company and was able to get my roof and siding replaced due to the damage caused by the storm. Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything to me, I knew I was in great hands. There are a few cosmetic changes to come, but it's already looking like a whole new house. I love it !!!!!

I cannot say enough about Gerardo from Midwest Elite Exteriors. He was extremely professional and helped me through the entire roof replacement process. He worked with my insurance company directly - I didn't really have to do anything. He was honest and the whole process was handled professionally. He really handled every step for me. After the job was complete, I didn't even have to ask for all the documentation, including certificate of completion, warranty documentation, etc - they sent it all to me. The roof looks great and there was no mess left behind.

They replaced my siding and gutters due to hail damage. The finished product is nice but communication during the project was not good. Everything seemed last minute called the night before they were going to start on the house got a couple hours notice on gutters and that was a Saturday morning If doing this again might look for someone else.

Midwest Elite Exteriors are elite from beginning to end. A neighbor down the street had his roof done and I was impressed on the workmanship and efficiency that was done, so I looked at the sign in his lawn and called. Tony Perez answered and became my advocate to get things done. He and the office staff took care of everything with the insurance company. The team had to come out twice because the insurance company didn't approve, so they appealed and again showed the damage. The insurance company agreed after the appeal. Tony and the office staff got to work after the okay and our only delay was waiting on the village to okay the permit. Once that was done Tony and staff got it on the schedule and he alerted me of the date. The roofing team were great, skilled and courteous. Here at 7:15a
