Mighty Mac Carpet

I would highly recommend Mighty Mac. Very professional and prompt, with great communication. I have two cats and damage to my carpet. They were able to work around damage, and furniture and execute an amazing result. They also gave tips on drying and ways to reduce ware on high traffic area by front door. I will definitely be rebooking services in the future.

We contacted Mighty Mac and had a response within 30 minutes, and the job was scheduled for the following afternoon - so fast! I appreciated the text confirmation of the appointment and the notification that they were on their way. Dylan and Brian arrived on time and immediately got to work. Not only were they pleasant, professional and friendly, they explained their process and how what they were going to do would help my specific concerns with the pet stains on our carpet. They worked very hard to eliminate some tough stains and then steam cleaned the entire rug. James and team did an excellent job cleaning all my carpets in the home I purchased. They were on time, professional and efficient. They covered hardwood floors to protect them. Gave an overview of how they would clean the carpets. Over all an excellent job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to all!

Dylan is very nice and professional. The knowledge of his craft was quickly displayed. He spoke realistically about his ability to clean the carpet and stains removal. Dylan did an awesome job, the carpet looks much better and he was able to remove colored markers stains as well. He also cleaned 4 of my area rugs and restored them back to looking almost brand new.
